Amazing service and quick delivery.. Great!

I ordered two of the same item, and at checkout it indicated both would be delivered by Canada Post, which made sense given my rural location. However, once the orders shipped, I noticed they were coming from different warehouses—one via Canada Post and the other via courier.
I tried to update the delivery address through the courier’s system but was unable to do so. After some back and forth with customer service explaining the situation, an agent was able to make the change on their end. In the end, both packages arrived within a few days of each other.
