Pricing Errors

Any obvious errors in pricing, (ie $0 items) are subject to immediate order cancellation and will not be honored under any circumstances.

Shipping Policies


Free shipping is available on orders shipped through standard delivery. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping include:

  • Some large items that require special delivery.
  • Items or locations that require air delivery.
  • Items that are considered special order do not qualify for free shipping.

In these cases we will contact you with a freight quote before proceeding.

Special Order Policies

To our valued customers: please note that any item that displays the "Non Stock" or "Special Order" tag as "Available" is just that, a non stocked and special order only item. These items are not part of our regularly stocked inventory and therefore extra time is needed to bring these parts in. Stocking orders are done based on availability with the manufacturer and also with prepaid freight levels depending on demand. Some manufacturers are done multiple times weekly, others are seasonal. We do our best to provide the best prices in Canada, but this also means the prepaid freight levels are key to keeping costs down. 

If timing is critical in your build, we will be happy to quote additional freight/brokerage costs for absolute fastest ETA. I will check manufacturer stock levels as well if you email me: Josh Kyler at jkyler@jbspowercenter.com and allow me time to inquire with our purchasing team.

We always do our best to get any special ordered items to you as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience and support!


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of your purchase and we will gladly give you a refund except for the following exceptions.

  • No returns accepted on special order items
  • No returns accepted on radar detectors and car audio items
  • No returns accepted on final sale items

If you would like to make a refund or exchange of a product purchased you can either bring the item into any of our retail stores and ask an associate for assistance or you can contact us returns@jbspowercentre.com for return instructions.

If an item is defective as outlined by the manufacturers warranty policy JBs Power Centre will replace the item (or send it for repair as per the manufacturers warranty policy).
