How do I return an item?
You can return any new or unused item within 30 days of the date your item was shipped and we will refund the full purchase price minus any shipping charges. We cannot accept returns on custom ordered items. Items that are 12 volt can be returned in new or unused condition 14 days after purchase. JBs Power Centre follows the manufacturer’s warranty policies. If your product is defective under warranty we require a detailed explanation of what is wrong with the product to expedite the replacement of the defective product. You do not need to contact us before you return an unused product. Include a copy of your original invoice with the return and place it in the box or boxes to be returned with the part(s) to be returned. Please mark the corresponding invoice number as clearly as possible on the outside of all the boxes being returned. This will help us process your return in a timely manner.
If you are shipping your return to us, we strongly suggest that you use a traceable Canada Post Ground Service from your nearest Post Office. All returns must be sent prepaid-no collect shipments will be accepted. We recommend insuring the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.
You can return your parts directly to one of our Retail Stores or send them directly to our Returns Department.
